You got to be kidding! It the City's responsibility to ensure the safety of its citizens. Furthermore, this is a major thoroughfare an both sides are impassable to children, the elderly and the disabled.

To follow the progress of an issue, refer to the Houston 311 case reference number when contacting the city. Only the original submitter can then re-close a re-opened case.
