Correct Address: 5122 Ricky
I39 was dispatched via 311 complaint of unpermitted grade/fill. Upon arriving at given address, the correct address was found to be 5122 Ricky . I39 noticed the lot to have 30 to 40 loads of soil freshly placed. I39 checked ILMS and found no permits. During the investigation, i39 was greeted by the owner, . I39 questioned him if he had a grade/fill permit. He stated no. I39 explained him the permitting process for the grade/fill permit. He stated that he would work on getting a grade and fill permit. Posted 1st Notice to obtain all necessary permits for unpermitted grade/fil. a hold placed for structural investigation fee for unpermitted grade/fill. Follow up scheduled.
