Sad to say the city ordinance only covers front and side yards. I tried to have this exact same issue addressed last year because one of my neighbors stores a car in their back yard. I spoke with an officer at the Long Point station who read the ordinance. He apologized to me and said they can't do anything about back yard parkers. The ordinance needs to be revised!
