It looks like this new build home plans to build a driveway across the already problematic Benignus ditch. Would like the City to insure that any construction over or involving the ditch has exceptional drainage so an already troublesome drainage ditch does not get worse. This is a fragile situation for many home owners who have flooded multiple times. if the city is sincere about preventing future flooding of homes, situations like this need to be addressed on the front end.
