Sharraxaadda

The street drains on either side of Carousel Ln are not working or are clogged. There is a drain in the foreground of my first picture, just to the left of my driveway. The other street drain is to the right of the driveway with the white van and black SUV. There is about 8" of water covering all of Carousel Ln.
