Description

Vacant House with a bunch of trash around house and has stolen property from the city of Houston. Somebody is storing large city of Houston orange traffic cones in the back yard of vacant house. House is not secured and unsafe, people have access, thru the backside of house. House always has people coming in and out. Worried the house might catch on fire. Have had several police incidents at this address.
