There’s these thug looking tall homeless looking individuals out late at night between 1am and 5am committing crimes and robberies in the area. One of them is a black individual the other 2 or 3 are white or Hispanic. They look dirty and like they live in the sewers or under bridges. There are no cops patrolling in this area so they have a field day. Preying upon innocent non violent residents in this area. They need to be put where they belong. They make it unsafe for anyone to be out at night. They even might be out robbing homeless people in this area as well. Because they are homeless they really can’t call any cops or be threatened by these thugs.
