It is a public safety issue.The sidewalk mis buckled and raised making it difficult to get to my back door especially in winter. I walk with a cane and a walker and I am afraid of falling. I called the DPW on 3/19/18 to report it. I did not think to tell them that I am disabled. I posted it on clickfix on 9/9/18.I had hoped to get it fixed before the winter.
