Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. On October 24 there was a gas cloud that went across the city of Houston get started on the northeast side went through the center of downtown and down into Fort Bend County it should be investigated what wasn't the source of that smell. There are chemical companies up route 90 that could be responsible. I am not seen any communication around the source of the smell the city should investigate
