Description

Side walk is a mess pot holes cracks and bumps. This starts st National Grid substation to Boston Street this area also floods and the debris is left on side walk also
Again tourists and residents are forced to walk in Pope Street as you can’t walk on it wheelchairs can not use is strollers and walkers
