Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Homeless man approaching vehicles stopped at the red light with water bottle and paper towels to “clean” windshields then demanding money. He gets mad if you don’t have money to give him and hits your car with fist or foot. He has spit on my vehicle for not giving him money despite me saying I did not want him “cleaning” my windshield.
