Description

Traffic signal used to stop traffic on West Gray only when vehicles needed to exit from the Metropolitan Multiservice Center or pedestrians needed to cross, but the signal now stops West Gray frequently when no cars or pedestrians are present. Also, the crosswalk timers display incorrect countdown times.
