Descripción

Construction on 31 ave just off croydon has left rocks all over the roadway. Dangerous to cars driving and people out walking near road way. Just saw a car run over a rock the size of a grapefruit. Construction crew just stood there watching. Road way needs to be cleaned during construction times.
