This has been like this for several weeks and has yet to be correct, because of the timing of the pedestrian signals with the vehicular signals you get trapped on the median with traffic passing you at high speed just inches from where you stand.

I have called 3-1-1 three times for the timing of the pedestrian lights to be fixed. What additional information may we provide to get this issue addressed?

I just received an email from 311 stating that they tried to contact me via email to discuss this problem. The only email I received from 311 was the one to close the ticket. As of 8/15/19, the problem is still not resolved. What else can we do to address this matter?
