A. Traffic on Gray St is much busier than the number of vehicles exiting the Community Center. As such, frequently, the light will be red for individuals traveling on Gray St and green for those leaving the Center turning into Gray St when no one is actually exiting the Center. This leads to more congestion at the surrounding intersections at Dunlavy and Waugh.
