Ditch in front of Cambell Auto (9121 spring branch Dr, Houston 77080) is clogged and water does not flow past this property. It backs up to 9125 Spring Branch Dr and sits and overflows until it evaporates.The water backup does place building in danger of flooding. One ditch has been dredged but the blockage is farther down. the other side of the property in question has no water standing and drains properly farther down the street.
