Like Groundhog Day all over again. For some reason the programming cannot seem to be done so as not to allow the side street to preempt through traffic on Memorial westbound in proper sequence.

Q. Why is this a concern?
A. It doesn’t make any sense not to keep the main thoroughfare moving in sequence. No reason to give side streets preemptive priority. Any side street should wait for their turn in the normal sequence of the main thoroughfare.
