Reference service request # 385757. Previously reported. Contacted Union Pacific Railroad and they indicated sidewalk under railroad bridge is not their responsibility.

Sidewalk has sunk below grade and is covered with dirt and debris, with barricades indicating “sidewalk closed”. Is unsafe for pedestrians in current condition.
