Q. Why is this a concern?
A. I have reported malfunction and mis-timing of this signal since this intersection and signal was opened nearly 2 years ago. For unknown reasons there seems to be an inability to get this signal and its programming correct. The side streets or turn signals should not preempt the proper traffic flow sequencing for the main thoroughfare (Memorial Dr). It should cycle side street & turn lanes only with the next timed sequence.
