A. The public sidewalk is fully blocked by this property owner's overgrowth, trash bags, metal siding, and other junk. In addition, the property owner's trees covering the sidewalk pose a safety hazard since they are completely entangled with the overhead power lines. Furthermore, there are two non-working vehicles permanently parked on the street in front of this property. The impassable sidewalk combined with the broken down vehicles in the roadway make it a major safety concern for individuals with infants in strollers and dog walkers to pass this property since they are forced to enter the middle of the street to do so.
