Description
While cleaning up the triangle this morning I noticed a stack of palm fronds piled at the curb. There are no palm trees on the triangle or median, so someone carried these to public land and dumped them. April 1 is heavy junk waste pick-up, not heavy green waste, so they won't get picked up.

heavy trash in April is all items. From COH “Junk Waste” is defined as items such as furniture, appliances, and other bulky material.
Tree Waste is accepted during Junk Waste Months; however, to ensure your Tree Waste is recycled, you may hold your tree waste materials until the next Tree Waste designated month or take it to a Neighborhood Depository/Recycling Center.
Possibly someone's back yard.
