So now that the raw sewage is no longer draining into the street who is going to clean up the urine and fecal contaminated dirt and debris in the cross walk.

This intersection and cross wall has had raw sewage running threw it for the past week.

Is it the city’s responsibility?
Is it the apt complex who’s sewage ran into the street for a week who should clean it.

Or do we just all walk through it till it rains hard enough to wash it all down.
