Description

Two Sewer man-ways on Richmond at Apartment Entrance, Right Lane, W. bound were set too low & are creating a tire hazard. Concrete has broken away from the edges of both the 2 man-ways that say "Sewer". City's contractor that rebuilt Richmond set them too low such that the 2 covers sit 2 to 3 inches below street level. Re-set and replace the man-way assemblies if broken.
