I wrote about it 2 days ago. They closed case. The cable is still down now wrapped pole. Not sure what cable line it belongs to but it needs to be removed

A. Cable line down. Needs removal. On Rochow street off D’Amico. I wrote about this 2 days ago. They closed case but cable is now wrapped around pole. Nothing was done
