So we've had these particular homeless people staying under this bridge for a couple months. I understand that it is state law that they can be on public property. There are 2 issues: They continue to dump their trash and shopping carts from grocery stores on our property. And last but more important, I believe their is some kind of drug activity happening from this tent. We've had to call the police before because when they first came the gentlemen in the tent would have a number of vehicles that would stop in our parking lot and all time of the day and night. Now it seems this tent is where people stop by to get their fix. Please help.
