    This will be my 3rd time writing in regards to this issue. The city used the hydrant then left leaving the hose connected on 4/27/19. Each time this report is filed the case becomes closed. Today is May 7 and hose is still attached. The hydrant is on property of 3331 D’Amico at the end corner closest to Allen pkwy.
