Pedestrian signal at intersection of Travis St and Gray St shows 11 seconds at all times.

This is a request for "State Law stop for pedestrians within crosswalks" signs (see attached image) on Montrose Blvd at West Clay. This intersection is one block from Wharton school and is frequently used by pedestrians Cars typically do not stop even when pedestrians are in the sidewalk. Adding these signs will make it clear to drivers what state law requires.

Appears drainage is blocked or not working at the northeast corner of Stanford and Harold St.

Steady flow leak on verge between sidewalk and road on the northeast corner of Stanford at West Alabama.

Temporary wooden sidewalk is loose. Significant movement when you step on it. It also has loose rusty nails.

Hazardous to pedestrians.

At northeast corner of Montrose Blvd and Bissonnet St a piece of sidewalk cement is missing. It is partially filled in with bricks. This is dangerous to pedestrians, stroller, and wheelchair users.

No temporary barricade on sidewalk to warn pedestrians of sidewalk closure at Kipling - Montrose intersection.

You walk all the way to the closure and find sidewalks closed on both sides Montrose and have to backtrack a block to get around it.

Please call me, happy to walk this stretch with someone from Public Works so they understand why this is an issue.

Very wide and lengthy gap in street that can easily "grab" bike tires. This is in the right lane, the one most likely to be used by cyclists.

Cement curbs have been removed from Waugh Dr bike lane between 1216 to 1220 Waugh.

Removing these curbs makes the bike lane unsafe.

Sidewalk has been closed. Houston Public Works indicated it's not a "city issue" but did not provide the permit number. A permit is required to close sidewalks per HPWMP1001.

Several armadillo bike lane protectors are missing (presumed destroyed and lost) on W Dallas westbound, just west of Waugh. You can see the bolts where they used to be.

Small wire is hanging from traffic signal at southeast corner of Waugh and West Dallas.

On the north side of W Dallas at Rosine, the construction crew has placed a barrier that obstructs the sidewalk creating a trip hazard.

at the southeast corner of Waugh and W Dallas intersection, the construction crew has erected a barrier blocking east-west sidewalk travel.

At the northwest corner of Waugh and W Dallas, construction crews have erected a barrier that impedes crossing W Dalla (where no construction is happening)s . Whole Foods is just across the street and many people use this crosswalk daily.
