    At the traffic light, leaving from either westside blvd or Anderson’s way, both direction are green at the same time. No signage to indicate to yield to vehicles when turning. I exit from westside blvd everyday and witness close accident every time I am at this light. Please consider changing the light sequence to only one direction green at at time or adding a turn signals when leaving theses roads.

    This issue has been reported for years and has had no resolution. There used to be a nice deep trench/drain that ran behind the fields on ninth street. The trench terminated at West street into a storm drain. The city came and dug these holes and filled them with rocks. This may have solved the issue for other neighbors but it has caused more water to accumulate in my yard. In addition, all this standing water is going to cause mosquito issues. Please solve this issue the correct way and retrench down to west street. This is city run off water from the elevated fields and playground. When the crew was digging the holes for these rock pits they acknowledged that the right way to do it was to retrench but said the only had the backhoe for a day and this was the best they could do. Please address this issue properly. My backyard is turning into a swamp Because the water just overflows out of these pits and accumulates in my yard.
