This area is a city street issue and the street has sunk, causing water to stand for weeks in the curb/street because the street is lower/sunken in this area. This water is not on private property, and the issue is with a city street/drainage system. VERY large sunken area of the street drainage/gutter system that retains water for WEEKS after rainfall. Water is 4-5 inches deep and overtakes the curb in multiple areas. Elementary school directly across the street and multiple pregnant women living in the vicinity. Mosquitos already present with more than 2-3 days of consecutive warm weather. HUGE public health risk and HUGE Zika virus risk and liability for all pregnant women in the vicinity (and hundreds of small children that attend the school across the street).
