I agree that there is a problem which needs to be fixed here. Even though thtere are protected pedestrial crosswalks at the nearby intersection ot Montrose and Allen, it is not a good situation because for some reason there is not a crosswalk on the WEST side of that intersection which is closest to the parking lot. There are cross walks on the three other points (2 which cross Montrose and one which crosses one the EAST side of Allen). However he problem with this is in order for a pedestrian parking at the American General campus to cross ONE street, they actually have to cross THREE...and wait for three traffic light cycles. This encourages many people to try their luck at sprinting across Allen, which is obviously very danagerous. To make a long story short, it seems this issue could be solved very easily by adding a crosswalk on the west side of that intersection.
