Work Order Completed in Infor by 090969 on 2016-07-20T15:53:12.000-05:00 with comments - : A field investigation for faded Stop Bar was conducted on 7/1/2916 at 3:30PM at San Jacinto & Rosedale. The investigation found San Jacinto a One Way northbound street with 3-traffic lanes shared with Metro Rail in the 4-lane. (E&W) bound Rosedale intersects San Jacinto at a signalized intersection with Stop Lines in the field. One block n/of Rosedale (E&W) bound Arbor Place (EB) Stop sign controlled T-intersects into San Jacinto. Metro Rail Crossing pavement markings were found in the field between Rosedale and Arbor PL with the Stop Bar on (NB) approach to Arbor faded and work that needs to be renewed. The Stop bar for the traffic signal at Wentworth was also found faded and worn that also needs to be renewed. Requester contacted by E-mail.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Two Maintenance request have been written for the paint shop to renew the faded and worn Stop Bar for Metro Rail signal on San Jacinto (NB) approach to Arbor PL and to renew the faded and worn stop bar for (NB) San Jacinto traffic signal at Wentworth. I am creating a new Pavement Marking Worn and Faded on 7/20/16 EAM# 1279350
