Extend No Parking Zone back to Carraba's driveway on W. Main, North side. When newly installed traffic lights at Kirby/W. Main or red, W. bound cars extend back past the no parking zone, thereby blocking E. bound traffic. There are always 2 cars parked between the Carraba's driveway and the end of the no parking zone. Please move the E. side no parking sign to the Carraba driveway.
