A telephone pole has been laid across the Benignus ditch. With heavy rains expected this weekend, this creates a very serious threat and danger of flooding in a ditch system that is outdated and already in need of reconfiguration and re-construction. that telephone pole could easily block the existing pipes and prohibit water from properly flowing during even the lightest of rain.
