This is bull$@#. I sent you photos of the leak. I sent the address. The leak looks EXACTLY the same this morning as it did yesterday. It's pouring from the. meter at the sidewalk. Our ditches are now overflowing. The inspector either went to the wrong place, or hasn't the brains god gave a goose.

So - there is now a huge COH truck with backhoe at the site with a team of workers. Thank you.
But could someone at 311 explain why the issue would be marked 'closed - no leak found' twice - and THEN a repair crew be sent to the site? That's very confusing to the people trying to report the incident. Mark it "in progress", or leave a note that you already know about it from some other source, but don't mark it "no leak found" if someone clearly is coming to fix it.
