Several homeless individuals sleeping in open area outside (feeder of 288 North bound and Binz) very close to residential homes with trash and shopping carts etc... . Safety is a huge concern traveling in and out of neighborhood. Secondly, other individuals are stationed every day on the corner of Binz and 288 North bound panhandling. These issues are a constant safety concern and nuisance!
