A motorcycle group was gathered around Times Blvd and Morningside around 9pm on 9/12/2018. As they were leaving and going, they were speeding and accelerating extremely fast. This is very hazardous in the area where many people are strolling with kids around. Do we need to post more signs so people won't speed? Or, the individuals just blatantly do not care about the signs already posted.
