Sharraxaadda

There is constant ponding in front of our house. It lasts well after 72 hours past a rain event. It never dries up and has no where to drain. It smells and breeds mosquitoes, which constitutes a health hazard. We have consulted private contractors who have all told us this is the city’s responsibility, not ours. We have reported this issue several times and nothing has ever been done.
