Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. We were given green slips on our garden waste bags saying they were not approved bags.. They don't have any printing on them. but they are approved bags according to the box. photos available since they won't upload on the app.. please come get the bags of garden refuge.

The new approved bags are thicker than the previous bags, have dedicated customer service resources and are required to have a minimum shelf life to improve the durability.
